CRM Value Continues Beyond Sales

Mria CRM was not built only for sales. Customer work continues long after the deal is won, and much of it happens in Jira.

Site-wide licensing keeps customer context available across your Jira site instead of limiting it to a small group of CRM users.

The examples below show three common ways teams use this shared context.

Sales & Account Management

Manage Customer Relationships

Manage Leads, Contacts, Companies, Deals, pipelines, activities, reports, and revenue context directly inside Jira.

Project & Product Teams

Connect Customer Context to Jira Work

Link Contacts, Companies, and Deals to Jira work, so teams can see who the work is for, what was promised, and why it matters.

Support & Customer Success

Understand Customer Requests

Automatically detect Contacts and Companies in Jira Service Management requests, so teams immediately see who is asking and the customer context behind each request.

Answers to Your Pricing Questions

How is Mria CRM for Jira priced?

Mria CRM is licensed for your entire Jira site, and its user tier must match your Jira user tier. Monthly pricing is calculated progressively from the exact number of Jira users, while annual subscriptions use fixed Atlassian Marketplace tiers.

How is the Jira user count for pricing determined?

Atlassian Marketplace pricing is based on the highest user count among the Jira products on your site. For example, if Jira Software has 50 users and Jira Service Management has 10 agents, the 50-user tier applies. Enter that Jira user count in the calculator above.

Why does the license cover all Jira users?

Mria CRM keeps customer context connected to Jira work beyond sales. Site-wide licensing makes that context available to everyone involved in customer work instead of limiting access to a small group of CRM users.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes. Every Jira Cloud site can evaluate the full Mria CRM app for 30 days before the paid subscription begins.

Can I extend my free trial?

Atlassian does not offer a self-service extension for the standard cloud app evaluation. If your team needs more time, contact us, and we will look at a discount to cover the additional evaluation period.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

Qualifying academic, community, and open-source organizations may be eligible for Atlassian Marketplace discounts or no-charge licenses. Eligibility and applications are handled by Atlassian. See the Atlassian Purchasing and Licensing FAQ for details.

Are Gmail and Outlook Connectors included?

No. Mria CRM: Gmail Connector and Mria CRM: Outlook Connector are separate Atlassian Marketplace apps. Install only the email connector your team needs and check its Marketplace page for the applicable price.

How do I purchase Mria CRM?

You can purchase Mria CRM directly from the Atlassian Marketplace. Billing is handled through Atlassian, and the subscription is added to your existing Jira plan.
